This is the worse app to get matches u have to set it almost at 300 miles away ... I cant believe what a waste of money they suckered me into .... Match was way better and better selection of people to meet ... I regret listening to friends to join this horrible site ... Top it off keeps saying I have 4 messages and there is nothing there

Worst dating app ever. Dont waste your money!!! Matches are terrible,the whole process is bad. They got it wrong. Wish I would the reviews!!!! Use a different site!!!!

Dont get eHarmony. Their matching algorithm is a joke. I tried it a few years back and it was horrible. Then tried again to give them a second chance and somehow IT GOT WORSE. Oh also if you subscribe, make sure you cancel BEFORE the period runs out. If I remember correctly last time I used it they kept charging per month without asking me first even after the predetermined subscription had run out.

Thieves and liars. Horrible customer service. Im sick to my stomach with this company.

use free sites...youll give and get more feedback faster. This is not user friendly, matches slow as molasses, and ignores your preferences anyway.

Save your money!! Horrible support, Matches are way too far away even though you dont have it set up that way on your profile. Very limited communication with non paid users. Use another site.

All of these same people are on free dating apps as well. Why pay?

Could meet better girls in an alleyway

As of 3/23/2016, the app in the past week has begun crashing almost every time I open it, as soon as I open it. Restarting phone has no effect. Deleted and reinstalled app and no effect. Have to use mobile website until this is resolved! Please fix!

I wasted enough time and money on signing up so Ill keep it brief. TERRIBLE! I wonder how many of those eharmony success stories are paid actors. In my opinion this is 1 of the worst dating apps that is actually a legit one. Constantly get out of my area matches. I hide them and they reappear like someone in a bad horror movie so I have to waster more time hiding them again only to pop up like again like an Unwelcome guest. There are much better dating apps out there. Also dont like how you cant filter body type etc. that are important filters to me.

Dont wast your money. Its always the same girls. If you really are looking for a relationship download ZOOSK. I found with zoosk I Giles look for God guys and return messages. The amount of attractive women was so many more.

Matches on the go make it easier. The interface is quicker.

I am blind. Tried to sign up using my computer was screen reader. Virtually impossible. Downloaded app and it was very easy. I have been using it ever cents. I have no doubt I will find my soulmate using this website and this app. Pray for me. Everyone needs love me

This app is extremely poorly coded. Its sad to think that this app requires a subscription and is so poorly coded. Free apps like tinder run much better across platforms.

He app had gotten much better, but the lack of proper iPhone 6 and 6+ screen sizes is very disappointing. There was just another release this week, still no support. As a result, all of my typing is awkward on a misshapened keyboard. Im disappointed by this service that markets a premium experience.

This app and entire service is terrible. Complete garbage. Its also one of the most expensive sites out there.. Heres some warnings & things to keep into account. -You cannot get a refund no matter what! -You cannot change the survey you originally fill out, so if you have a year subscription you can never change things you are interested in until that year is up! -There are definitely fake people on this! No doubt what so ever. -I am considered by many to be a very attractive, ambitious and successful person and am not superficial but the matches they are matching me with, half are unemployed, or look like they live under a bridge... Really terrible choices. Any of the good ones never respond because they are not real profiles!! They never respond even after they send you questions because they do not exist! -If you block/hide people they still show up and are still in your matches -I specified I wanted to be matched with people in the US and they continually send me matches from people living in Indian & other counties! Ive been asked several times if I would marry some of these people so they could become citizens! Never even having a conversation with them and asked to marry! I reported to E-harmony but am still getting matched with people like this. -I also specified the religions and ethnic backgrounds I was interested in and yet they continue to send me ones that are not even close to what I asked. I would expect a lot more from a service that is so costly and prides itself so highly on being one of the best dating sites out there. I would not waste your money or time on E-harmony. I am going to cancel and I have 5 months left.. Its very upsetting because I truly wanted to find that right person. My experience has been very bad. Would not recommend to anyone what so ever!!!

liking my matches and the communication but some of them are kind of far. im willing to do long. distance but would be nice if i can get matches that are a bit closer.
