Is this supposed to be better? Communication is slower and more confusing than before

EHarmony took away what I felt was the best feature that made it stand out: the guided communication. Now its just an overpriced version of the rest. Dont waste your time.

It is very useful. Might be missing a few things. As an example: requesting photo from an app instead of going online on a full laptop.

Its like a basic app.

It is waste of time unless you wanna pay for it- otherwise the app doesnt allow you guys to do anything- registration process takes forever with so many redundant questions up to 300 - not even exaggerating - all in all, there are far better apps than eharmony and you dont have to pay for them.

Good one, but sometimes i have issues with selections.

This dating app is extremely hard to disable and cancel your membership. In the terms they request members to send a written letter and you have to contact apple to stop payment.

The matches you receive are sporadic at best. Ill go weeks with out more than one or two and then wake up and have 15 -- many whove not been online in months. Also the latest app is only compatible with a system on my phone that I dont have, so it constantly kicks me out and back to the App Store. I wouldnt recommend as it sits now.

Worst App ever...confusing and limited in what you can do. I just use the website - the app is useless.

The latest update by Eharmony is a joke. The app can work only on new version of iOS. If you are using older version of iOS, it would not get installed. On top of it, the older app keeps giving you message "Update the app". It takes you to App Store and it detects that the phone already has latest app for the older iOS version. So, it just open the app again and the same cycle repeats. Get this bug fixed else I would cancel my subscription.

TV ads claim are so misleading. They will match you with people who havent answered a single one of their 1000 questions. Yet they advertise that eHarmony matches you on 29 parameters so you get the deepest level of compatibility. How is that possible? It isnt.

this is the biggest waste of money ever. do not spend your money on this dating site. I cannot explain how horrible this site is. The people they match you with our way younger than you eggs or old enough to be your grandfather.

Do not use this service if you expect to receive matches that reflect your requests. I think the program must have been written by an illiterate person seeing that the matches were almost the polar opposite of my stated preferences. And to boot, this is the third time I have tried to write a negative review and the program is set so you cant slam them. This is a crooked site.
