eharmony: dating & real love App Reviews

This app always pairs me with people outside my location and age range even though theyre set to the "very important" selection. I dont believe they use any actual matching science other then basic hobbies. Ive complained to them and never gotten any reasonable response. Its way too expensive and feels like a big scam.

Terrible. Sly marketing of fee structure and a triple charge at the end. And the app doesnt have a single match for me within 500 miles. Online web version is the same. It just times out. I want an immediate refund and off this site.

This app is garbage; the compatibility test is BS, and most of my "matches" are completely random and at least several hours away (some in a different country). Dont waste your money.

Why do they even make it free to download? - EVERY SINGLE - aspect of this app, relies on you paying for membership. Youll never get to see profile pics. Even on the "free communication" weekends. The company is stingy AF and misleading. Just go with a free dating app. Its not worth the 60$/yr.

Never get replies from the people you send messages to, totally sucks, a waste of money, just a money grab, dont waist your time.

Says it logged in through my facebook but goes right back to the signup/login screen.

Half the Photos are cartoons. I find it hard to believe half the client base have not submitted a photo.

I cant login it even when I never logged out and says I have a client error. Yeah right thanks a lot e harmony.

To be honest it is quite upsetting that the ethnicity choices are so limited. The system makes it mandatory to pick one. As a result people so focus on your race. It is certainly opposed to social inclusion and frankly quite culturally backwards. I am hating the experience.

Dont waste your money!!! They are the most bogus site out there, their matches arent even close to anything you would be interested in, and GOOD luck getting a refund!! Biggest scam going!!

This is just a poor setup. They charge too much for the service, which lowers the user database and limits your matches. I must have gotten 40 when I started up, but then maybe 2 matches per week.. not impressed, especially when they change the names and pictures around to look like a new person. Shame on you EHarmony. Never again.

Good app, wish it had more of the features of the website though.

I try to look for positives in every situation, but eHarmony really is a scam. You spend a fortune and they send you a few matches that are completely incompatible. Ive tried getting a refund, or any compensation at all and theyve denied it all. Save your money and try any other dating website.

Thank god my account closes in one day!! Total waste of money. Been on for one year and met ONE person and its not like I wasnt trying!!! Everyone that was matched up to me was nothing like I would choose. Had better results on free dating sites. Wouldnt be so bad if it wasnt so expensive!!

Made me take the test only to find out that I have to PAY to actually use the app. Youre better off trying something else

Wow another update.... but now it is completely useless. Kicks you out after less than a minute. Cant even complete a message to someone. Junk. Give me my money back!

I hate the Dec 19 update. -Messages look LESS organized. - Questions now need to be added one at a time each time instead of the app remembering my choice of questions.
