Bad customer support, cancelled my account out the blue and wont say why, the catch is... they still get to keep aka rob you of your money when they do it. I go out to sea for 2 weeks, come back and my account is cancelled, and they wont tell me why... avoid this terrible app and company at all cost .

New messaging feature lacks the ability to find people youre currently communicating with. All my communications got pushed into "archived conversations" upon update, so I have to click through EVERY conversation to find the people I was messaging with. Customer Care didnt appear to understand my problem and instead explained to me that my profile was "sparse" and needed more content. Not sure how to add more content when I was pretty detailed in all sections...

EHarmony wants to be like tinder, they dont care about lasting relationships. Ive used this app for a long time but the new way to send questions has caused me to not get any responses, I cant tell who I have and have not messages. The people I was doing eHarmony with are no where on my feed and I have to dig for five minutes to find them. This was a horrible idea to change it so they are more like Tinder.

If youre going to update something, make it better not worse. The new messaging style is terrible, I preferred the separate sections (my turn, their turn, email)! And now its unclear what "step" youre on with someone or how to continue each "step". The rest of the app is the same, great! Just change the messaging back!

Cant reply to responses in basic communication

This used to be a great idea. To draw in more people, they changed it to work like any other app - you match, you send messages back and forth. Except now it has a new twist: you have to pay a bunch of money for this one, and you get less matches. Not to mention, the old version messaging they had worked in steps, and when they transferred it over, it wiped out everything, making every ongoing conversation awkward. Im just glad my subscription is ending.

New "Matching" system shows "compatibility" but then doesnt score your newest matches. New messaging system, lets you fire off one question from a prefab list, or if you pay, male your own. Only problem is ~20% of my old matches are "ineligible" and the are auto-removed. So that begs the questions, were these fake profiles or inactive ones? How long were they going to keep me matched with ineligible people just to keep me wasting my time and money???

The app and website was much better before the update. It had a great icebreaker and questions to get to know someone. Definitely some questions you would not typically answer but good to know. No theres nothing to set it apart from match.com anymore. The previous version allowed you to email someone right away if you do not want to do the questions. The new version you can pick from one question or send out a personalized email.

I liked using eHarmony but since the recent update I dont like the app format.

Do not use this service they give you matches that live far not enough to chose and when you notice their service is not intended to serve your wishes they want all their money in advance to cancel account I mean they want you to pay for all even if they not giving you choices or service according to your criteria

Its very easy to use app and gives you lots of matches . Make sure you have correct preferences. There are no bots or fake profiles , thats a big plus. They recently updated their in app communication method with matches and its surprisingly easier-faster.

Wow...seriously undo EVERYTHING you just updated. Your new process completely undermines the previous get to know you process. Im currently in the middle of the old process with several people. Now...I havent the slightest clue how to proceed. Oh and by the way, awesome job notifying users about the upcoming change

Wow, hard to believe they messed it up this badly, cant communicate with existing matches anymore

Use Bumble its free and more people use it

This app is a waste of money. Barely any matches per day that fit my preferences. It seems overly complicated for a rather simple purpose. Questions are odd. There is honestly nothing special about this app, but they make it out to be. I wish I had stuck with the free apps like bumble or paid for match instead. At least you get full reigns for what you pay for. This is an absolute joke of an expense. I should have gotten a full refund when I still had the chance. Good luck!

One thing that was nice about eharmony and made it different from other sites is their communication process. You could choose to message a match or go through their easy steps. Quick and easy. With the update they changed their communication model and got rid of the steps. Now its useless and just like every other app - and apps that are free. Now its garbage. Wish I could get a refund.

Bad app! Delayed/missed notification. Bad message organized. How they survive!

Every commercial promoting this site is false advertisement. "Matches" are ridiculous. Many on it are only looking for hook-ups. Too expensive for such poor "assistance."

With the latest update all communications were pushed in archive so I am unable to continue conversation. You need to start all over again or send a message. Do the developers bother to test this stuff before they release it?
