Recent changes killed EH

EHarmony had a unique approach to communication, allowing it to be done in stages. Something that I liked.

The recent change killed that process and the way they implemented this new "messaging" is awful and confusing. Apparently, they did absolutely no research into whether people wanted these changes and probably no QA whatsoever.

Not renewing my membership. This is the nail in EHs coffin.
